Promote affiliate products. The best way to promote them is through a website. If you don't have one you can still promote, but it is highly recommended that you build a website with interesting content about the affiliate products you are promoting.

Budgeting
May be hard as it involves financing, but it’s rewarding in the long run. Create a budget for your marketing campaigns. You must know the cost or amount involves on the promotion of your website and/or affiliate programs.

Building Traffic
Traffic is very important. Without getting enough traffic to your website you might not generate earnings on you affiliate programs. You will need to work hard and find ways on building traffic.

Product Info
Buyers often need supporting information on the product being promoted before buying. So, write reviews about your affiliate products and see to it that your affiliate links included in the content. In this way your buyers or visitors can gain direct access to your merchant's site and make a purchase.

Credibility
A very important factor your credibility. You should often send helpful and interesting information to your opt-in list subscribers. Provide your real name and an email address on your website so that the potential prospects know there is a real person behind the website and contact you anytime when they have question.

Multiply.
If the affiliate programs you joined in allows you to recruit affiliates under you the better. You will earn more commission if you grow your own network with people under you or the so-called sub-affiliates. If those sub-affiliates are hard working and interested in earning money, then expect a steady commission from the sales generated by them.
